Ishtar was desperate for Gilgamesh so she couldn't handle his rejection. Ishtar returned to heaven to complain to her father that Gilgamesh had insulted her. The first similarity is that Enkidu and Gilgamesh have immense strength. No one else can match their strength except each other. Another similarity would be that Enkidu and Gilgamesh are feared.
